Termination of Contract

 

I reserve the right to terminate support for young people for many reasons, including, but not limited to:

 

A poor therapeutic fit – which is at the discretion of the therapist.

Conflict of interest.

The client’s needs not being within my skillset

Persistent late payments

Breach of The Zero Tolerance Policy

A young person requiring crisis support

The young person having no protective factors

Safety plans not being adhered to

A final session will be offered, unless inappropriate to do so. This is at the discretion of the therapist.

 

If appropriate, I will signpost clients to other professionals.

 

The young person and their family can terminate the contract for any reason, giving 48 hours’ notice.
