Arrivals Policy

Please note that your appointment slot is fixed. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as traffic congestion, car troubles, or other unexpected events. However, if you arrive late to your appointment, you will be reducing the amount of time available for your session. As we have other clients scheduled in the next time slot, I cannot accommodate your late arrival by extending the session.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
